A small lift would enhance mobility for seniors.

missingWrote a review on 02 Augbeachfront accessspacious balconycomfortable roomconstruction noise
The Deluxe Room with a balcony offered a decent view and comfortable space, perfect for lounging after adventures. The hotel's beachfront access makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful Nai Yang Beach right outside the door.
Construction noise seemed to be a constant unwanted guest during our stay, without any prior notice given. Hidden service charges added a frustrating layer to the overall costs, while issues with our pre-booked transfer demonstrated a lack of coordination. Dining experiences lacked consistency. the breakfast buffet, although good, could use a serious overhaul on certain offerings like the Indian dishes. Lastly, water sports that I was looking forward to were oddly unavailable due to low tide, a predictable event that could've been communicated ahead of time.

I recently stayed for 4 nights, and I found this place truly relaxing. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for lounging with a drink. My Deluxe Room had a lovely balcony overseeing the pool and beach. The orchids left in my room added a nice touch. The staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of options, catering to all tastes. A couple of downsides stood out. the food quality at the Big Fish restaurant was disappointing. I tried several dishes, but they didn't meet expectations. Also, the resort lacked some personality compared to others I've been to in Phuket—it felt a bit generic. Despite this, I had an enjoyable stay overall due to the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities.

Staying here with my family, including my two young teenagers, was a treat. We loved the inviting atmosphere and spent memorable days swimming in the beautiful lagoon pool. The staff was attentive, and the food at breakfast was simply outstanding.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more activities for teenagers during the day.
